IS IT POSSIBLE TO REFOUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKET?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless there is a cancellation or a change in the event date!

I’VE BOUGHT A TICKET BUT CAN’T FIND IT ANYWHERE. WHAT NOW?

Tickets are sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase, so don’t forget to check your spam or junk folder as well.

If you used Apple Pay or Google Pay, your tickets will be sent to the email address associated with that account.

Still can't locate your ticket? Please reach out to us at (Info@souliument.com) and include the event name, your full name, and your order number.

LOST ITEM AT OUR EVENT?

If you’ve lost or left something behind at the event, please email (info@souliument.com) with a detailed description of the item.

We will contact you only if your item is found.

If you haven't heard from us, it means the item could not be found.

We hold onto lost belongings for 21 days.
